A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your service appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance may be charged upon completion of your appointment or at the time of your appointment.
I strongly encourage my guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork (unless this was previously emailed to you) and get settled in. Late arrivals, of more than 20 minutes, are subject to being cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.
Please allow 48 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. Deposits/payments are non-refundable if you arrive late for scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit and will be required to place another deposit for another appointment.

Existing Brow Tattoos
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you email me clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, and how many sessions you received.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL PERMANENT TATTOO CLIENTS: Ombre Brows/Shading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although I give my best effort to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. You will need to book a new appointment online and pay a new deposit.
SAME DAY CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING or no call no show will be charged for the balance of the FULL SERVICE.
LATE POLICY: We reserve the right to CANCEL and give no refunds if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment and so that the artist may start the next appointment on time. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit. Please consider that South Florida traffic is always heavy. Please leave give yourself plenty of time to arrive to our salon.
